10 Daily Habits or Routine That Will Make You a Beast!



Here are some basic habits that will change your perspective towards life and will make you the best version of yourself.


So let’s get started.


1. This doesn’t start in the morning.


It all begins 30 minutes before you sleep tonight. So schedule first when are you going to sleep, because you’re be waking up 5 in the morning. Switch off your phone 30 minutes before going to bed and sit with yourself.


Program your mind to question it “what is to be done tomorrow and how well you are going to do it?”. In the 30 minutes at the end of the day with your phone away, you’ll automatically start thinking about your life.


If you spend 30 minutes with yourself before sleeping it will make you self reflective. Most probably, you’d blame yourself, hate yourself, ask yourself “why am I not working?”. Snap out this bullshit and simply focus on this line: I am gonna wake up at 5 am and make tomorrow the most productive day of my life. Taking control of your subconscious is the key. The next morning there won’t be a single doubt, no confusion, you’d feel focused and prepared because your goals have now transferred from your conscious memory to your subconscious because of the sleep that you took.

Your future depends on your dreams so go to sleep.

2. Wake up at 5 in the morning.


This is not a request. This is a paramount. Your father must have insisted you for this habit for sure. To be very firm it will help you become a new person, you’ll have clarity and purpose for your life, you’ll be more confident, you’ll have better health and you’ll show up more powerfully in your relationships.

Morning is an important time of day, because how you spend your morning can often tell you what kind of day you are going to have.

3. Watch selective content.


For half an hour or so, watch selective content for example interviews, clips of some podcast or read news. That’s your first dose of relaxation in the morning to get it out of the way. Reply to whom ever texted you at night. Keep in mind watch people speaking! Don’t watch comedy, because there is a difference between listening to people speak and laughing. Listening increases engagement in your mind which is like a natural booster to give you a kickstart in morning.


Whenever you listen to somebody speak, your brain subconsciously judges them basically forming opinions about them which is a great mental exercise.

The newspaper is a greater treasure to the people than uncounted millions of gold.

4. Time for exercise.

For an hour, workout, sweat, get that adrenaline rush. Being at one place, stationary, lying down is against your physical constitution.

No wonder you are bored, tired, uninterested and lacking in motivation. Your brain already contains natural power boosters, exercise is one way how you activate them. So do pushups whenever you feel bored and tired.

Good things come to those who sweat.

5. Take a shower.

Clean yourself! This ritual is called preparation. The act of cleaning all the sweat and grime off your body in itself is psychologically such a liberating task that right away, you will start feeling special about yourself, you would feel immense positivity and not a sign of lethargy, worry or doubt. It’s wiped out and it is early morning.

Everyone who has taken a shower has had an idea. It’s the person who gets out of the shower, dries off and does something about it that makes a difference.

6. Revisiting the plan.


You’re at the start of your day, so revisit whatever you have planned in the night, just to set yourself on that path. From this point on, your efforts should be towards protecting your plan.

Plan your work and work your plan.

7. Store your energy.


A lot of us are wasting our mental energy in simply over thinking, over processing and over analyzing bullshit like gossip about girls, how can I be cool, how can I be friends with this person. In any social environment, we get distracted so easily and quickly.

Always keep your eyes on the prize.

A man doesn’t need brilliance or genius, all he needs is energy.

8. Manage your phone for personal advantage.


Unfollow every other person or page that shares dumb pictures, gossip links or any other stupid shit, that distracts you because you start either wasting your time or watching comedy.


You spend a huge amount of your day on the phone, so make it help you.

People are prisoners of their phones.

9. Read about what you eat.


Learn how what you put in your body is affecting you. A lot of times we hate ourselves because we can’t get ourselves to work.


It’s because you have no knowledge that food affects our mood, motivation, can cause you feel tired and distracted. So google: foods that make you smarter, foods that will increase your intelligence, foods to boost memory and focus. Read and eat.

Also make a general rule to eat healthy and stay away from junk.

If you keep good food in your fridge, you will eat good food.

10. Your why!


Throughout the day keep asking yourself: what am I doing right now? I have to work, I have to get back to work.


Often you brain will ask back, why? Now I don’t know what your goal is, it could be revenge, it could be proving something to somebody, it could be proving something to yourself.


You have to bring it back in a few mental images to remind yourself instantly of your why! So think of a very very strong why before you go into the beast mode because this journey involves saying a lot of no to a lot of people, upsetting a lot of people and sacrificing a lot of joys.
